TOM MUSCHAMP
CEO and Editor
Tom is an editor with over twenty years experience in the television and film industry who has worked extensively in London, New York, and Los Angeles. He is best known for Dancing with the Stars, which he edited for twelve seasons. With a background in trailer and promo editing, Tom has become known as a sizzle specialist, called upon to cut Cold Opens and graphics intensive packages for shows including Kicking and Screaming (Fox), The Masked Singer (Fox), The Island (NBC) and Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian (E). He was also the trailer editor behind Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul (Showtime) and Executive Producer Morgan Spurlock's Good After Bad. Tom is a member of BAFTA and the Motion Picture Editors Guild.
Currently, he is set to direct a documentary with Mark Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson and Archie Gips’ production company Unrealistic Ideas, and his producing partner, Mia Cortez, based on the bestselling author Mark Shaw’s non-fiction book, Collateral Damage: The Mysterious Deaths of Marilyn Monroe, Dorothy Kilgallen and the Ties That Bind Them to Robert Kennedy and the JFK Assassination.

MIA CORTEZ
Vice President and Producer
Mia has extensive experience in Development, Field, and Post Production. She has successfully helped clients greenlight dozens of series for broadcast and streaming networks. Clients including but not limited to are Lionsgate, Sony Pictures TV, MGM, NBC, FOX, Endemol/Shine, BBC, Magical Elves Productions, Alfred Street Industries, Nobody's Hero, and Mission Control. Some series Mia were involved in producing and editing sizzles that were greenlit are Kevin Hart: What the Fit?, Fox’s Kicking and Screaming, All in with Cam Newton, Final Appeal, Ministry of Evil: The Twisted Cult of Tony Alamo, and Cat Meets Dog amongst many others. Branded content clients include World Surf League, Hennessy, Clinique, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sundance Now, Lipton, and CVS.
Projects worked on serving in the field, post or both include: Disney Family Sing A Long 1 and 2, Kevin Hart: Don't Fck This Up, Showtime’s Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul, Graduate Together (aired on all networks), Hollywood Game Night Superteases, Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian Supereases, Phat Tuesdays on Amazon, DWTS 2017 and 2018 Winter Tours.
Mia's experience with multi-cam, multi-format shows served her well as she amassed credits on over 70 broadcasted TV shows for networks including ABC, CBS, MTV, E!, and Discovery amongst others. Throughout her years in management, Mia led teams of editors and support staff, created and maintained budgets, negotiated below the line rates, produced international shoots, and explored cutting edge technology and workflows to ensure the efficiency of her Post Department.
