TOM MUSCHAMP
Co-founder and Editor
Tom is an editor with over twenty years experience in the television and film industry who has worked extensively in London, New York, and Los Angeles. He is best known for Dancing with the Stars, which he edited for twelve seasons. With a background in trailer and promo editing, Tom has become known as a sizzle specialist, called upon to cut Cold Opens and graphics intensive packages for shows including Kicking and Screaming (Fox), The Masked Singer (Fox), The Island (NBC) and Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian (E). He was also the trailer editor behind Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul (Showtime) and Executive Producer Morgan Spurlock's Good After Bad. Tom is a member of BAFTA and the Motion Picture Editors Guild.
Currently, he is set to direct a documentary with Mark Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson and Archie Gips’ production company Unrealistic Ideas, and his producing partner, Mia Cortez, based on the bestselling author Mark Shaw’s non-fiction book, Collateral Damage: The Mysterious Deaths of Marilyn Monroe, Dorothy Kilgallen and the Ties That Bind Them to Robert Kennedy and the JFK Assassination.

Mia's consistent delivery of high caliber content while leading teams has gained the trust of production companies, networks and streamers. Her extensive experience in Development, Field Production, and Post Production built her into a producing powerhouse across show formats from A-list celebrity docuseries, live multi-cam shows, award shows, gameshows, documentary features, and branded content. Her passion lies in elevating show ideas with effective storytelling and is known to be "plugged in" where she is needed. Mia has helped green light noteworthy projects with clients including Lionsgate, Sony Pictures TV, NBC, FOX, Endemol/Shine, BBC America, and Alfred Street Industries. She produced pitching assets for Kevin Hart: What the Fit?, Fox’s Kicking and Screaming, All in with Cam Newton, Final Appeal, and Ministry of Evil: The Twisted Cult of Tony Alamo amongst many others. Branded content clients include World Surf League, Hennessy, Clinique, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Sundance Now.
Projects worked on producing in the field, post production, or both include: Disney Family Sing-A-Long Specials, Kevin Hart: Don't Fck This Up, Showtime’s Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul, Graduate Together with Lebron James (aired on all networks), NAACP Image Awards, Hollywood Foreign Press Special, Hollywood Game Night Superteases, Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian, Phat Tuesdays on Amazon, AACTA International Awards, and Dancing with the Stars 2017 and 2018 Winter Tours.
Having amassed over 100 career credits on TV shows for networks and streamers including ABC, CBS, MTV, E!, Netflix, Showtime, and Discovery amongst others, Mia has the strong instincts needed to get projects green lit and across the finish line. She understands the art of pitching show ideas, has produced international shoots, created and maintained budgets, negotiated rates, led teams of producers and editors, and explored cutting edge workflows to deliver high caliber entertainment.
Mia has a classical dance background and makes time to teach commercial dance at world-renowned studios in Los Angeles and in the United Kingdom.
